Job Description: As a member of the Security team at LVSC, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment by monitoring the premises, controlling access, and responding to incidents. This position requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the entrance and exit of the club, checking IDs and ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Patrol the club to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any disturbances, conflicts, or emergencies.
• Escort unruly or intoxicated patrons from the premises as needed.
• Provide assistance to guests and staff in need, including first aid if necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate with other security personnel and management.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior and enhance the safety of the environment.
• Complete incident reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role is preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and stamina to stand for long periods and respond quickly to incidents.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and first aid procedures.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid security guard license and/or any required certifications.
