Job Description:
As a Cook at LVSC Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our menu items. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented in an appealing and timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to portion controls and minimize waste.
  • Provide excellent service by accommodating special dietary needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
