Barback

Job Description: As a Barback at LVSC, you will play a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar. You will assist bartenders by maintaining a well-stocked and clean bar area, preparing garnishes, and replenishing supplies. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, efficient, and looking to start a career in the nightlife and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in preparing for service by stocking the bar with glassware, liquor, and other necessary supplies.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing and drying glassware.
• Replenish ice, garnishes, and other bar necessities throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the bar manager of low stock.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles from the bar and tables, and wash them as needed.
• Handle basic drink preparation tasks as instructed by bartenders.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
• Support bartenders in maintaining a positive and efficient bar environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
